Can you walk me through the process?

3. Ship your matchbook to us: please remove your matchsticks and include your order number from your invoice inside your package as well as your preferred shipping address. Please note on your order whether you would like red or white tipped matchsticks in your photograph.

4. Receive your custom print two weeks after we receive your matchbook!

How do I ship my matchbooks?

Please remove your matchsticks from your book of matches before shipping! Please note on your order whether you would like red or white tipped matchsticks in your photograph. Package your matchbook securely so it won't get smooshed in transit.

When can I expect my custom piece?

Up to two weeks from the day we receive your matchbook.

Can I send you multiple matchbooks?

If you would like to have multiple matchbooks photographed, please consult with us (julia@juliadags.com) on your custom design.

Will I receive my matchbook box back?

We cannot send back your matchbook box back.

Can we collaborate on a custom design?

We would love nothing more! Please email us (julia@juliadags.com) for a custom design.

What is your refund policy?

At this time we do not offer refunds. Once an order has been made it is final.
